The Worlds Biggest Aquarium
I was watching the globe trotter... travelogue and saw a commercial for I don't remember what, but it showed a beautiful underwater scene. I thought "that is a beautiful aquarium", then realized it was the ocean. Hey! wait a minute... who takes care of the chemistry in the ocean?
Commercial: Q. Name an animal that doesn't drink water. Answer at end of this blog
Thinking about salt water aquariums, everything thing I've heard about taking care of them is negative... "they're too hard to maintain, they're expensive, they need a lot of attention", etc. etc. It's almost like asking someone what they think about motorcycles.
At the pet shop a few months ago, I saw a 15 gallon salt water tank with a few fish for 500 dollars!
Now, looking on the internet to find out about the worlds largest salt water tank... the ocean, I find that there are about... 352 trillion gallons! (and about 7 trillion gallons of fresh water).
Let's see...
352 trillion gallons/15 gallon fish tank times $500 per 15 gallon tank
would work out to more than I earn in one week!
not to mention the chemicals, fish, etc.
Sounds crazy to think like that, but if you think about it, we have more faith in man and his science who struggles with little, and give no credit to God who maintains 352 trillion gallons not to mention that he created everything in it! God knew what He was doing in spite of what we think.
Q. Name an animal that doesn't drink water.
A. The desert rat and koala bear are two animals that get their liquid from the food they eat. Although they don't actually drink, they still need water from their food.

Cute and Funny
It's been a while since I've added anything to my blog... Brain freeze will do that...
But while it's thawing out I just had to share 2 other blogs with you.
One is cute
and the other is funny (sorry PETA)
See you after the thaw!
