The other day I went over to visit the Ypsilanti Elwart's. Actually, I invited myself over to get away from a "Pampered Chef" party Sher and Joy were having.
Their kids are always involved doing or making something. The youngest one, Spencer, came over and hugged me and said, "papa, would you take me for a ride on the mower?". They have a riding mower with a trailer hooked up to the back of it. And so, of course, I took them on a ride in the back yard. They were having so much fun being pulled around in the wagon, you'd think they were at Cedar Point!
What little effort that took to give them a ride, but what great joy it brought all of us that evening! Children are a blessing from God. He is so good to us!
